DE LA ROSA PENTHOUSE is a fantastic attic with elevator and 2 private terraces, in the heart of Gracia district . It is a big duplex of 3 large bedrooms, all them with big Windows and views to the city and Sagrada Familia. One of them even has its own private terrace with a panoramic view of the whole city. You can even see the sea far behind the city skyline,

It is extremely quiet and silent, as is on the top of one of the highest buildings in this area of pedestrianised streets.

The main terrace is simply a dream!!
The best place to have a sunny breakfast, or a brunch or a lovely diner under the stars is De la Rosa’s terrace. I am sure you’ll love this green sunny place as much as i do. As it is in front of the kitchen and the diner, it is so apropiate to be cooking and chating and reading.... and loving it!! And of course, to sun bathe wile someone else prepare a cold drink. You can even have a shower on the terrace to refresh yourself.

Really, after a hard day of tourism activity, i can't imagine a better place to have some rest!

The apartment has all the amenities needed to enjoy it, including heater, air conditioner, wifi, laundry machine, iron, hairdryer, et...

It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking: oven, microwave, dishwasher, good pans, nice big glasses of wine, big refrigerator, etc ... and even a Nespresso
machine to enjoy a nice coffee in the morning.

There is also a big bathroom with a complete bath, and 2 bathroom sink in front a large mirror.

All 3 bedrooms has big beds. The room upstairs, on the top of this duplex, has a queen size bedroom in front of cute terrace. I love to lie down at bed watching the Sagrada Familia. It relax me so much.
The other big room has also a queen size bed, done with 2 excellent single beds as in hotels do. So there is also the chance to have 2 single beds under request

THE AREA: Villa de Gracia
This apartment is located in the modern and safe district of Gracia. More exactly in Vila de Gracia spot. Once a town on the outskirts of Barcelona, Gracia was enveloped in the expansion of the centric and residential neighbourhood of La Eixample. It has retained its character and charm, being a perfect place for families. Gracia also has a busy nightlife with bars and restaurants on every corner.

Gracia is a beautiful and vivid area of Barcelona where, hard to believe, you will not see many tourists. But you will find streets full of people because we the Barceloneses love it! Many little squares are Spreads all around, and behind any corner a PLAZA will turn up. With its nice terrazas where to have a brunch, a coffee or a drink. Or just sit in a banc to enjoy the relax ambient. There are so many excellent and diverse offers of restaurants, shops, culture activities, etc…

I love the shops of this neightbourg because they are authentic! They are pretty and personal, small business that are run with love and patience. Far away from the comercial style that you will find in center town. There are no big chains in this area. Here is like a big, beautiful and modern town.

Gracia is well known too for its yearly festival in August when all the streets are decorated and live music fills the area. The presence of various artists reinforces the Bohemian spirit. You can enjoy there a large variety of small squares and public gardens in the open air. Take the time to have a drink at the most appreciated terraces in the city.

DE LA ROSA penthouse is only 100m from 'Plaça de la Vila de Gràcia', a nice square where a high clock looks down the kids that play each afternoon wile parents share a table and some 'tapa' in any terrace. A perfect place to enjoy this picturesque area.

Not more than 5 minutes walking you will get to the richest avenue in Barcelona, Passeig de Gracia, where several of the city’s most celebrate pieces of architecture are set. To start, you will find “La pedrera”, amazing building from Gaudi. WHAT A PLACE!!

Gracia is also home of the most unique park of Barcelona, the Parc Güell. Made for Gaudi. Gorgeous!!

And a bit farer, a 20' walk, is the majestic Sagrada Familia. No words...

And if you wish to go to BArcelona beach, take the bus 39 that stops just 150m from my place. It will drop you at most important one: Barceloneta.

EXTRAS:
Special tourist TAX of 6 €/day/person not included (up to 7 night/Younger than 17 don´t pay it) . It will be paid at the check in by cash. AFTER MAY 1ST 2025 IT WILL BE RISED TO 8€/NIGHT/PERSON. This is a Catalan' government tax we are forced to collect as in most of the main tourist destinations in Europe. Sorry.

Please note: For arrivals from 20.00hrs to 23.00hrs there is a supplement of 25.00€. This is increased to 40€ if your arrival is after 23.00hrs. This charge is not included in the price quoted below.

To confirm the booking there are 2 ways:

A- 35% in advance By paypal/bank transfer/INSTANT PAYMENT. And the balance by cash at check in or Paypal full amount (most users can use "Friends mode" to safe transaction fees) .

B-Using INSTANT PAYMENT: 25% in advance and balance 2 weeks prior arrival (2th payment has a 3% extra fee unless paid cash. It will be paid by cash at check in with the tourist tax)

Cancellation policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days arrival, 50% prior 10 days (less bank fees)
