Upper and lower master bedroom suites and upper and lower living areas make this home uniqely ideal for large/multi family gatherings.

Lower-level living area features a living room with TV, wet bar with mini refrigerator, sliding doors to outdoor deck, washer & dryer, full bath, master bedroom suite with its own full bath, 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin-on-twin bunk beds plus 1 twin-on-full bunk bed.

The upper-level has a large master bedroom suite complete with cathedral ceiling, king-size sleigh-bed, ceiling fan, TV and spacious private bath with dual sinks and oversized walk-in shower with dual seats. The open floor-plan features a beautiful fully-equipped modern kitchen that flows into a large dining room, living room with fireplace and TV, and sliding doors to outdoor multi-level decks with BBQ grill and full complement of deck furnishings.

Steps to beach or bay. Quiet residential area, yet close to all activities. There's a park directly behind the house with a great playground, ball fields and 6 pickle-ball courts.

A bike path directly outside our front door runs the entire length of the island. Bike rental shop nearby.

WiFi equipped! Surf the net when you're not surfing the waves:)

The driveway can handle 4-6 cars. Additional parking around the corner on Nelson Ave.

Bed linens and bath towels are not supplied but can be rented locally if needed. We can assist with this.

Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and other types of beach accessories can be purchased or rented next door at a small "beachy" type retail shop called The Boardwalk. They also rent bikes as well as sell ice cream, beachwear, t-shirts, candy, soda, etc. The the owners, Bev and Bill, are a wealth of local info if you want tips on the best pizza, fishing, dining, entertainment, kid-friendly fun things to do, etc..
