Villetta Puisia | A few steps from the beach

This recently renovated villa is approximately 100 square meters in size and is located just 100 meters from the beach at San Vito lo Capo. It is suitable for groups of 2 to 6 people, accommodated in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Modern in style, its walls are painted in various colors, making it even more inviting. It is spread over two floors: on the first floor is the living area, which includes the living room with a digital TV corner and a double sofa bed, a kitchen accessible from the living room, and a bathroom with a shower. There are two verandas: one on the entrance side, with a rattan table and sofas and a small garden area, and another at the back (with a built-in barbecue, not yet visible in the photos) accessible from the kitchen. On the first floor is the sleeping area: a bedroom with two single beds (convertible to a double upon request) and a balcony, a double bedroom, a furnished sun deck accessible from the hallway and the double bedroom, and, of course, a bathroom with a shower stall. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the house is fully equipped, including a washing machine, iron, and hair dryer. Guests have access to a reserved parking space in the courtyard.
