Making memories at the lake house, dogs alwd Dells 30 min away TRH Lic 9368

Nature and peacefulness is all around you at this beautiful home on Goose Lake. Our family has had this home for 18 years, kids are getting older so I would like to share with you our home and our love of Wisconsin. You can find enough to explore and do staying at the house or you can drive to the Dells which is only about 30 minutes away. We are located on the main part of the lake with our own pier, which will be getting a make over in the spring due to high water levels the last 2 years. We have a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards 1 kayak and a fishing boat. Goose Lake is an 85 acre motorized lake but also offers the best fishing around. The lake itself is a bit weedy and in some spots mucky but you can swim if you choose at the frontage or at the public beach area. Our house is on a dead end street which makes for a private atmosphere. Take a walk around the lake, see if you can see a sand hill crane or stop and get a book at the free little library along the way. We have plenty of land for you to play horseshoes, badminton, bags, ladder ball, bocce ball, soccer, baseball, you name it we have it supplied for you or bring your own lawn games to enjoy. There is also a lower level rec room with a pool table, foos ball table, water rafts and 2nd full size fridge waiting for you to stock with a cold drinks so you don't have to run upstairs to the fridge. The lower level has patio doors to walk out to yard or view the lake while you play a game of pool. The house has 2 bedrooms one bath on main floor and 2 bedrooms one bath on the second floor. The kitchen is fully stocked to make dinners or use the gas grill out on the patio. We have plenty of board games, card games, bingo, coloring book and toys. No wi-fi or cable but 2 TV's with VCR to watch a movie that maybe you have not seen in awhile. We have regular movies and kids movie titles available. The town of Oxford is about 10 minute drive if you forgot something there is a dollar general and a liquor store. On weekends they have flea markets. There is also a laundromat and restaurant in town. Whether you are here to relax, reconnect or have some adventure you will find it all and more, we look forward to sharing our house with your family. Additional fee per day for each dog. For those looking to rent a boat, there is a marina in Montello called Johnson Boats 608-330-4405. They will deliver and pick up from the lakes boat landing.
