The quaint Old Town of Albufeira sits just 1.5 kilometers away in the other direction. The beach Praia dos Alemães connects directly to the famous old town Fisherman's Beach (Praia dos Pescadores), which means a sandy 20-minute walk can take you directly to the old center of Albufeira.

As well as a large swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, the condominium has a special beach-access gate along with free front courtyard and underground garage parking.

The apartment is fully equipped with a modern kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, wine glasses, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and board, etc. The bedroom has a large wardrobe for neatly storing all clothing items.
