It is the perfect combination to get to know this Mediterranean city, birthplace of Western civilisation, the city of Valencia enjoys mild beaches with which to combat the summer heat. Easy access to public transport. Its functional distribution and location will allow you to make the most of Valencia's good weather.



The 70 m2 apartment has the following spaces:

- Bright living room with sofa bed, HD TV and access to a small exterior balcony-viewpoint.

- Fully equipped independent kitchen with dining area (oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, electric kettle…).

- Master bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 cm.

- Second bedroom equipped with a single bed of 90x190 cm and desk area.

- Bathroom with double sink, toilet, mirror and shower.



It comes with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing powder, washing-up liquid, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel). Coffee capsules and a 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

- Air conditioning by split units cold/heat. (only in living room and master bedroom).

- Heating by radiators (living room, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen).

- Access by stairs (no lift).

- Check-in after 21:00h incurs a supplement of 30 EUR.

The neighbourhood:

Malvarrosa Beach, located north of Valencia Port, offers its visitors 3 kilometres of coastline with golden, fine sand. This area was formerly occupied by fishermen, later became a resting place for the Valencian bourgeoisie and currently maintains its charm as a modern area of the city, in the midst of renovation. As a curiosity, it was named after its plantation of aromatic herbs and rose mallows. It is perfect if you want to go with family or to sunbathe in a relaxed manner, but it is also great if you want to practise any sport facing the sea, as there are areas specially equipped for the more active.



Within 100 metres of the apartment there are all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, beach loungers, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez… Valencia is a vibrant city full of history and culture that will not leave you indifferent!



How to get around:

Just a few metres from the building there are various transport options available;

- Bus Stop: Dr. Lluch ( 19 – 92 ) / Les Arenes ( 32 ).

- Numerous bicycle rental stations.

- Tram. La Cadena Tram Station an 8-minute walk away.

House Rules:

- No parties.

- No smoking.

- No pets. Except for officially certified emotional support animals. This exception is subject to an additional cost and prior verification of the pet's official permit or certificate.

- No more people than indicated in the booking.

- Responsibility, respect and good conduct towards all facilities in use and towards neighbours.

- Respect quiet hours, from 22:00h to 10:00h.

- No rubbish in the accommodation. Rubbish bins are located on the street. Valencia has a daily rubbish collection service for 4 types: paper / glass / containers and plastics in addition to general waste.
