The property did have gated, on site parking.
Upon arrival we were a little apprehensive after we encountered ants outside and a couple small issues with the unit but we mentioned them and they were resolved the next day.
We really enjoyed how special this place is as we settled into the beach vibe. We had the end unit with our patio facing the sea. The views every morning and evening were so beautiful!
The jacuzzi and a bottle of wine really created a memorable afternoon.
The property does not have direct access to a beach but there are several nearby beach clubs with either free space on the sand or you can rent an umbrella and lounger for the day. Shukran was the closest and we received great service. The property does have a freshwater shower outside to wash off the saltwater and sand.
The room was clean. The linens were a little coarse but still comfortable. I don't know what it is about European towels that initially seem thin and a little rough but surprisingly so absorbent.
There was AC. It seemed to struggle a little at first but kicked into gear.
There was a moka pot for great coffee in the am.
The property was perfectly located near beaches, restaurants, and had easy access to day trips to Noto and Marzamemi.
Overall, I would stay here again.
