Welcome to our lovingly renovated holiday apartment. Spanning 48 m², you will find a cosy home with all the comforts you need for a restful holiday.

The apartment features:

a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for self-catering

a quiet garden area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying

Extra tip: If needed, you can additionally rent an adjacent double room with its own bathroom – perfect when travelling with friends or family. Just ask us! (see last photo)

Whether for a short weekend trip or a longer stay – here you can unwind, recharge your energy, and fully enjoy the surrounding area.

For even more relaxation, additional amenities are available in the house: Enjoy soothing warmth in our rock sauna (for a fee) or indulge yourself with a Reiki treatment (also for a fee). Additionally, you will find a lovingly designed space where drinks and specialities from the Black Forest are available for sale. Here, you will also find coffee machines, books, games, and irons available for free rental.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor. However, as our house is built into the rock, this is actually the 3rd level, accessed via the stairwell.

The climatic health resort Schönwald, with its location at an altitude of 1000 meters, is an ideal starting point for numerous activities in nature for people of all ages.

From here you can start your hikes or bike tours on the very well signposted trails.

In winter you can go cross-country skiing or skating on one of the many trails in the immediate vicinity of our house. Or you can explore the nature with snowshoes. Directly across from our apartment house is the Dobel ski lift with ski school and rental. Schönwald is considered in the region as one of the snow-safe places.

In addition, you can expect a wide range of leisure activities in Schönwald and the surrounding area: such as the Triberg Waterfalls, the German Clock Museum, Galaxy Slide Paradise and much more.

Two small supermarkets, butcher's store, bakery, beverage store, greengrocer's store and farms with direct marketing are within walking distance. And if you don't want to cook yourself, you can choose from a variety of restaurants.
