We have hosted many contractors for long periods of time and the guest love the privacy of their own space and the large double kitchen area.

Fully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay with FREE FAST WIFI throughout the building.

For longer booking we can change the layout of the property to twin rooms or a lounge area with a sofa.

On-street parking is plentiful in-front of the property.

Each room has its own private sink, toilet and shower space and lock on the door give guest privacy from their group.

The kitchen area is fully furnished with 2 washing machines, 2 sinks, dishwasher, coffee machine and 2 fridges/freezer.

There is a second smaller kitchen area in one of the downstairs bedrooms, this area can be transformed to a lounge area if the guest request this in good time before the booking.

The entire property will be available to the guest making the booking.
