One air conditioner is located in the living room and the other air conditioner is located in the bedroom. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).

DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 150€ - Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.
