Villetta Belice is a holiday home for 5 guests in Torre Lapillo, in a quiet area that is 900 meters away from the sea. holiday home is introduced by a gate that opens into the outdoor area
which is partly shaded and furnished with dining area and outdoor sofa.
Moreover, there is a shower which is useful after a day at the beach.
The
holiday home consists of a livin room with sofa bed, dining room, tv
and air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin
bedroom and 1 full bathroom. At the back there is a storage room with
heated outdoor shower.
Villetta Belice is ideal for a holiday with family or friends, it`s basic but cozy.

Belice is 500 meters away from the sea. The closest sandy beach is 1,5
kilometers away while the city centre of Torre Lapillo with its services
is 2 kilometers away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 47 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning just in the living area.
