Dacha Holiday Home is a light and airy holiday accommodation set in the most scenic location overlooking Ardmore Bay in County Waterford. From its elevated position you and your guests are treated to spectacular sea views from this pretty holiday home located in Ireland’s Ancient East.



This seaside holiday home is a short stroll from the picturesque village of Ardmore, a pretty fishing village in the south of Ireland. This fishing village has a selection of beautiful golden sand beaches, grocery shops, beautiful craft shops, art galleries, bars and restaurants all within easy reach from your coastal retreat.



Dacha Holiday Home – Sleeps 6

Dacha Holiday Home is a detached holiday accommodation furnished and designed to a high-standard. The country style kitchen and dining room area is well equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland. This seaside holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests comfortably



Property layout – Ground floor:

-Country style kitchen and dining area

-Living room with high ceilings and velux window, wood burner & TV.

-Patio doors leading out to the large garden

-Second living room with open fire, TV, DVD player.

-Bedroom1: double ensuite sleeping 2

-Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2

-Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2

-Main bathroom with bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand basin



Towels are provided within the home.



Outside this pretty seaside holiday home is a large lawned garden with a patio area and garden furniture provided.



There is also the added bonus of an outside hot shower, perfect for washing off stubborn sand after a fun day at one of the spectacular local beaches in the area.

Located just a short stroll from Dacha Holiday Home is the picturesque fishing village of Ardmore. Stroll to the selection of local shops, traditional pubs and excellent restaurants.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:

Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply. If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.

If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.

If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways:

•Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property.

•Pay As You Go electricity meter. The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.

Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking.



2. Security Deposit:

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.



3. Internet access:

WiFi is available on request @€10 per week.

In a quiet location with beautiful local walks. Nice view from afar on Ardmore Bay

Many thanks to Evelyn, she has been a great help. Overall the house was very welcoming and decorated in a pleasant way. The beds are not very comfortable. New frying pans would be good, the ones that are there are in a poor state. Also, despite the general cleanliness, the dust in the lamps and in other places could be reduced. The terrace door could not be opened, which was a pity.

Everything you need in Ardmore!

Our arrival time changed unexpectedly but Evelyn and Mary couldnt have been more accommodating. The house was lovely and really well stocked with the basics. (Even some goodies in the fridge on arrival!) The view of the sea was lovely to wake up to each day and having the patio and garden was a bonus!! We hosted a small family gathering while there and everyone commented on the lovely, bright and sunny living room. We'll be happy to return to this gem in Ardmore. Having a larger, sprung mattress in the master bedroom would have been great!
