Beachside Avenue Holiday Home is a modern seaside holiday accommodation located in the pretty village of Riverchapel in County Wexford. This self-catering holiday home is set in a quiet well-maintained development less than a 5-minute drive from Courtown Blue Flag sandy beach. This lovely beach is made up of fine sand with lifeguards on duty during the summer months. Ardamine a 10-minute walk away is another local sandy beach perfect for swimming or enjoying a leisurely stroll.
Only 90 minutes south of Dublin City Centre, this wonderful seaside home acts as an ideal base for exploring the many historical sites in Ireland’s Ancient East. Visit local historical sites such as Wells House & Gardens, Dunbrody Famine Ship, Irish National Heritage Park, Hook Lighthouse, Tintern Abbey, Johnstown Castle to name but a few.

The large kitchen and dining area is fully equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering break in Ireland. Off the kitchen is a beautiful sunny decked area complete with table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining or simply for relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. This seaside holiday home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 guests comfortably:

Outside Beachside Avenue Holiday Home is a large shared enclosed garden with garden furniture provided. Wifi is available at the property.

Courtown is a very popular holiday destination for a fun filled seaside family holiday in the South East.
Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The daily rate for heating & electricity at this property is €10 all year around. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Arrival days during peak season:
From June 26th until September 3rd this beautiful seaside holiday home is available to book for minimum 7nights stay arrival on a Friday and depart on a Friday only.
4. Towels:
Unfortunately, this property does not supply towels. You will have to bring your own sets of towels.
No guest under the age of 25 can book a Holiday Home. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by at least one person over 25
Cancellation policy
On all reservations:The non-refundable booking deposit is withheld.
Cancel within 8 weeks of arrival all monies paid are retained

Location was excellent, and house was well fitted out with everything that we needed. Property manager was extremely efficient and very helpful with local things to do.

Great Comfortable Holiday Home
Holiday home was perfect for our family holiday,the house was spotless,and the location was lovely, little back garden was lovely to sit out in.,overall a really pleasant stay.
Maybe a mirror in upstairs toliet, that's it.

Lovely house
Stayed here for a month house had everything you could possibly need, very clean, beds very comfortable lovely garden sunshine all day and our host Margaret was an absolute gem

Nice and cozy
The place is very clean and comfortable with full kitchen ware. We as a family had great times in the facility which it did survey all of our needs. The house is highly recommend

Very enjoyable stay in Riverchapel, Courtown
House was very well presented, clean and comfortable. All the cups, plates, bowls and cutlery were clean and organised. Very enjoyable stay, my girls loved their time there. I hope I left the house in as good a condition as I found it. Would love to return.
The blind fitted in the bedroom at the front, downstairs lets too much light in in the morning. It would be very beneficial if a 'blackout' curtain was fitted as well. Even though the house is quite warm, some days were chilly, and I couldn't get the central heating to come on. Even a couple of hours would have been enough to warm the house for the day. Vey please with the house, and would love to return.

Very comfortable clean house
House was very clean and good room for 4 of us. Agent was lovely and very helpful.
Rubbish filled Black bin bags had to be left outside back door which was not great after a week in sweltering heat. They really need a proper bin as last two days started to smell. We had no shower for 4 days but believe there was a local water issue due to heat and agent was good in helping us resolve issue. Could do with blackout in front bedroom downstairs full brightness at 5am.
