The Cottage on Lake Graham

Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family fun weekend vacation. This cozy lakeside cottage is 2.5 miles from Graham. The cottage decor give it a fairy tale like feel, making it a truly unique destination. The water's edge gas fire pit is a great place to unwind year round. The shoreline has a gradual slope making lake access easy with shallow water. The water is 9 feet deep at the dock, ample to enjoy the diving board & slide. The back yard offers plenty of sun and shade.

The living area includes a small table, window seat and a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot as well as a two burner cook-top, and an air fryer, but no oven or stove.

The Cottage is NOT for loud parties or rowdy activities. Although, The Cottage has hosted several birthday parties, weddings and reunions over the years. All parties must be pre-approved and there is an additional charge depending on day and number of people.

There is a propane gill on the backside of the cottage, you are also welcome to use the outdoor kitchen and grill on the back porch of the main house. The porch has lights and a stereo that you are welcome to use as well.

Their are Paddle Boards, Kayaks and a paddle boat stored behind the cottage that you are welcome to use, as well as life jackets and floats in the dock box.

The loft has a full-size bed, and the window seat can be used as a single bed or can accommodate two children. There is also a self-inflating full size air mattress available and plenty of extra linens.
