The large Master bedroom and ensuite, has a king size bed, Euro mattress and sitting area with a comfy new sofa. Large guest room has 2 queen size beds with Euro mattresses and a guest bathroom just steps away.
You'll have everything you need for preparing meals while gazing at the Pacific blue waters. Our fully equipped kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances and wine cooler, spice rack, coffee maker, high end pots and pans, storage containers, additional cold brew coffee maker, plastic glasses for the pool and more.
Our water is purified but we also provide a water cooler with complimentary 5 gallon water jugs. Our location is great for whale watching and breezes from all living areas and both bedrooms. Each room has its own thermostat and ceiling fans for individual comfort.
An ensuite master bath and guest bath have walk-in, travertine showers with rain shower heads and additional adjustable shower wand. Our laundry room has a washer/ dryer and supplies for your comfort.
Lounge or dine outdoors while admiring the ocean views from the large, private terrace with outdoor dining for 6 and 2 very comfortable chaise loungers.
For remote work our building has fiber optics wifi and a private Telcel line at no extra charge. There are Smart Tvs in bedrooms and living room with free Netflix and news and weather apps. (DVD player and 72 dvds) Plenty of novels too.
Nine foot (2.75M) high windows and doors add to the very spacious open concept. Observe the vista in the photos and read the reviews. We are one of the rare condos with no obstruction in front AND behind to block the views of the ocean front and beautiful gardens behind us.
The condo Is centrally located to the many amenities of Cosmo. Take a brief elevator ride down to the lap pool and Peninsula pool. Enjoy a short stroll through the beautifully sculptured gardens to the botanical pools, beach, work-out facility and onsite "Ocean Bar and Bistro".
Two breathtaking ocean front pools, 2 botanical garden pools and a mountain pool are second to none. There is also a new, secluded pool just steps from our elevator. Enjoy them during the day and under their romantic lighting in the late, warm evenings. The glow of the amber sconces and a pool floor of color changing led lights, provide for a relaxing end to the day.
Shopping for food, wine and provisions is a short, 55 pesos cab ride away at Super Chez or Soriana's as well as several excellent restaurants, marinas and shops. Our staff will have your taxi waiting in 5 minutes. When you are finished shopping, the taxi drivers will greet you at the store exits and drop you off at your elevator. Taxis are readily accessible.
We have 24 hour security and the friendliest staff. Grocery shopping available upon request along with information on the sites, activities and tours.
There is a property manager who will greet you, handover the keys and introduce you to the property and facilities. She will also give you information on things to do in Huatulco. She is available during your stay and will be happy to help if you have any questions. .For 500 pesos and the cost of your groceries, she will also do your grocery shopping from the provided shopping.

Our convenient location to marinas is a short (7-10 min) taxi ride. Rent a boat, cruise the bays and secluded beaches of Huatulco, or simply dine at one of the marina’s excellent restaurants. You will be given a cell phone with emergency contact numbers.
We have always provided a clean, disinfected condo with deep cleanings before and after each rental and complimentary midstay cleaning for each week of stay. Our quilts as well as linens and towels are laundered after every rental. I have an excellent property manger who will make sure everything is up to your expectations.
