Rustic Estes Park Home w/Private Hot Tub

[EP ID 3509] You’ll love your stay in our newly remodeled Clover Lane home located
in a quiet neighborhood only 3.5 miles from the heart of Estes Park.
Our 3-bedroom, 2 bath home has all new furniture and appliances, including a beautiful kitchen with a full-sized stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, blender and toaster.
The large kitchen also includes a snack bar, dinette set and even a washer and dryer.
The tastefully furnished living room is a wonderful place to relax on one of our comfortable sofa sectional watching a show on our flat screen HD TV or DVD player.

The three bedrooms include a Master Suite boasting a King-sized bed
and 3/4 bath (shower only) and roomy closets.
The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two bunk beds,the lower bunk is a full size bed with a twin bed on top.
The second full bath is located near the living room.
Enjoy the peaceful patio in the fenced back yard while grilling dinner or
enjoying panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains.

Dog friendly, no puppies, please. A nightly pet fee applies. (maximum of 2)

We provide 2 extra rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 laundry pods , and 1/day dishwasher pods for your stay!

The space was warm and welcoming. The hot tub was wonderful in the chilly weather. It was nice to have a yard for our daughter's dog. Easy access to town without being in the heart of it. It was also very comfortable and the check out instructions were minimal. Definitley a place I would like to stay again.

This was a great place for my family and me to stay. It was convenient town and had most of what we needed. We especially loved sitting out in the evening in the hot tub looking at the stars.

Clean, cozy and well equipped. Great location near town, friends at the YMCA and hikes! We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking for the day and cooking family meals in the kitchen. Fun selection of movies too.

Great location, beautiful and spacious

The home was very spacious and clean! The location was beautiful! There was even wildlife right outside the window which was awesome for the kids to see! The hot tub was a great addition and we loved that we were able to keep our fur babies with us! Would love to come back!

Great location in quiet neighborhood, great yard for dog.

We were looking for a nice place with a fenced yard for our dog, and this place worked great. Home had everything you would need in the kitchen, beds were comfortable, and house was very clean.

Wonderful stay

My family had a great time. The house was clean and very comfortable. Our manager Stephanie went out of her way to make sure had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay, great communication throughout! Was perfect location with ease to get RMNP and Estes Park. Very quiet neighborhood. Great backyard for our dogs and fully equipped kitchen made it easy to do meals!

Spring Break Retreat

Perfect spot to bring the whole family to enjoy Estes pre-season. Super clean and well stocked. Love the old school dvd selection! Easily fit our family of five plus dog. Hot tub as a hit!

Great week in Estes Park with our dog

We enjoyed our stay at Clover. It was conveniently located to town and a lot of hikes. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The house was well stocked. We had deer visit the front yard every night.

Pat and Melynn Murphy are transforming Estes Park resort property with an energetic and infectious spirit. In 2011 they purchased a rundown resort; re-named it Murphy’s River Lodge and renovated the property into one of Estes Park’s most popular lodgings.
In May, 2013 they acquired a second property and Murphy’s Resort is rapidly becoming a full service resort with pools, playgrounds, hot-tubs, affordable lodging, and six vacation homes.

Manager Stephanie Bledsoe leads the staff at Murphy's River Lodge. The entire staff is service based and anxious to insure that guests are properly welcomed to the Rocky Mountains and that their stay is memorable.
