Beachfront condo Wailea w/ lanai and pool access

The location cannot be beat! There is no other accommodation closer to the beach in Wailea! Start your day walking the famed Wailea Beach Path, which begins right out front! Enjoy every sunset on your private and spacious covered lanai with ample seating!

Able to accommodate up to 6 guests, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers a large kitchen with Koa wood cabinetry, and a spacious living area with a brand new couch! The couch also folds out to a queen-sized sofa bed. Enjoy the indoor, outdoor living this condo offers with your own private, large, and covered lanai directly facing Polo Beach!

The primary bedroom features a King bed with an ensuite bathroom and private entrance onto your lanai! The guest bedroom also features a King bed as well as bunk beds with a full guest bathroom. This unit is perfect for families and couples!

Polo Beach Club offers a newly remodeled pool and jacuzzi for guest use, an outdoor BBQ area with an herb garden, private access to Polo Beach out front with beach showers, free underground parking and 24-hour security. Polo Beach Club and Beach are non-smoking.

Starting December 1st, when you arrive on the property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off-site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on the property after 11:59 pm.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Please note as of April 15, 2026: There is intermittent construction work taking place in a nearby unit. While we do not expect this to impact your entire stay, there may be occasional daytime noise.

Everything was excellent. We had some problems understanding how to use the TV and One of the reps from Coldwell Bankers came same day and personally helped us. Plus she had excellent information about the condo and really helped us settle into our vacation ocean front condo

Beautiful location in great property

We loved everything about our stay. The views were spectacular. The unit is very well maintained. The access to the beach is very convenient. We enjoyed a day at the pool - it was very nice. The parking is convenient, and the area has everything you could want. Highly recommend this beautiful property.

Gorgeous views!

We enjoyed our stay at the Polo Beach Club. The view is amazing and the condo had everything my family of five needed. The bunk room was comfortable for our teens and we all enjoyed sitting on the lanai and enjoying the gorgeous views. Quick walk along the beach walkway to the shopping area and for fun. Definitely want to return.

Terrific Condo at Polo Beach Club

The condo is fantastic. Front and center of Polo Beach. We watched whales from the lanai and beautiful skies during sunset. Easy access to a quiet and clean beach. The unit is well maintained and has everything you need.

Reviewer Comments: The Polo Beach Club sits right on a beautiful sandy beach that is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling and whale watching.We stayed in unit 405 and had a beautiful, unobstructed view from our lanai.The unit was spotless with a well stocked kitchen, beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. We had two guests stay in the second bedroom for a few days with us. There was plenty of room for everyone. We appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit as we did not have to pack so much clothing. We look forward to a return trip to this property.

The woven blanket had a hole in it and pulls. Bed cover was also old. Curtain in master bedroom needs to be replaced. Lining was soiled/torn and falling off track.Mats on lanai shed terribly and tracked into the condo and on the lanai.

Aloha Joan, Thank you so much for your review and especially for bringing attention to these items. Though we do inspect the condos prior to arrivals, there are some things that we just wouldn't see unless we were to spend a day or 2 living in them. We have replaced the bedding and are working on the lining for the drapes. We do agree about those outdoor mats and the owner has agreed to get new ones. Mid-Winter Break Getaway

We stayed at Polo Beach Club on many occasions and this unit by far is the best unit we have stayed at. The view of the ocean and the mountains is just wonderful. It is nice to wake up to the gorgeous tropical view and end the day with the beautiful sunset. The unit is well stocked with everything we need for the beach (nice chairs and lots of towels). Kitchen is also well stocked. The beds are also very comfortable. I think it is hard to compete with the location. The beach is perfect for boogie boarding. We snorkeled at the Polo Beach and there were beautiful reefs close to shore. I highly recommend this unit for a relaxing family vacation.

We Love Polo Beach

The location was fabulous. Having the beach right out front was terrific. We also had access to the hotel next-door in one of the cabana for the days we were there. Condo was nice with a lot of nice touches that made our stay very convenient.Communication with the property manager was poor. We had difficulty upon arrival with the provided access codes, and did not receive a response to the next day, saying that they did not see our message. I also asked for some special accommodations due to my mother’s disability, none of which were granted or even responded to. The office staff at Polo Beach was quite unhelpful as well. The parking situation was ridiculous there. I was assured that parking or handicap vehicle would not be a problem, but received parking violation notices daily. Condo is great. Property and on site management was a disappointment.

Absolutely beautiful location but unit in need of updates

We have stayed at Polo Beach Club for the past three years but sadly will switch units next year. While the location is 5 stars the unit itself is in need of updates. The lanai furniture is getting old and the doors leading to it are difficult to open and close. The cooktop is worn and pitted. The master bed is not that comfortable. The area rug beneath the master bed is worn and should be replaced. The tiling on the floor of the master bathroom looks moldy and should be replaced. The mirror wall is quite dated as well. We absolutely love this location and love staying at Polo Beach Club. We would gladly return to this unit if updates are done.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a MAJOR ROACH PROBLEM in this unit. The roaches were everywhere, in every room. When you would open up the dishwasher after a cycle, they would run inside all over your freshly washed dishes. We resorted to hand washing the dishes. Purchased roach traps at the supermarket by the end of the stay. the traps were more crowded than the beach in front of the condo. We kept our clothes sipped up in our suite cases to keep out the roaches. The beach in front of the condo is a public beach and is very crowded. There is a public beach parking lot in front of the unit so the small beach will have more than 100 people on it regularly, very crowded for it's size. The lady at the on site office is of little assistance with anything, don't even waist your time asking her anything. When we first arrived, we asked here about good restaurants and her response was "just use your smart phone, it will show you the restaurants close", wow, what an answer, we had been on the island all of 45 minutes at this point. Water pressure in the master shower was barley enough to get you wet. What a waist of money and a family vacation. Avalon Condo in Grand Cayman, prettier water, beaches, condo, cleaner, larger, helpful staff and cheaper price.

Aloha…We appreciate you posting your review and I am so sorry you did not enjoy your visit at Polo Beach Club. The pest issue is being addressed by a professional pest control company. The property has a very aggressive, yet environmentally friendly, pest control program but living in the tropics it is a constant battle. All beaches on Maui are public so we have no control over who uses it, but the location of Polo Beach Club and its private access to and from the beach for guests to use is something very few condos in Maui can offer. I apologize if the woman in the office wasn’t very helpful, but please understand she is the administrative assistant for the Association and not a concierge. If you would have called our office we would have been more than helpful in providing recommendations. Thank you again and I so sorry you will not be returning. CB Island Vacations
