Surrounded by a lush, landscaped garden filled with flowers and an orchard, this spacious home offers privacy, comfort, and plenty of room to unwind. The ground-floor bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while a cozy mezzanine provides a quiet nook for reading or relaxing.

The highlight is the covered, heated private pool (5×10 m), perfect for both kids and adults. A garden shower room with WC, barbecue, deckchairs, and outdoor furniture make alfresco living a delight. Though the fireplace is decorative, the house offers warmth and charm year-round.

Located in a scenic bay near Brigognan, Plounéour-Trez is a sociable seaside resort with dramatic coastlines, white sandy beaches, and rocky creeks. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the sailing, mountain biking, horse riding, and hiking trails—including the famous GR 34 coastal path.

Wonderful!

Thank you Giselle for making us welcome. The house was great, the pool a wonderful addition. The location was ideal near the sea and the village of Brignogan-Plage with its bar, shops and restaurants. We loved our stay and hope to be back. The region is beautiful.
