Spectacular villa with pool and impressive views in lush nature close to Madrid

The house is built on one level and has a large living room with an open kitchen with bar, an open fireplace and large windows with breathtaking views of the high mountain peaks; 3 double bedrooms, two of which have a normal double bed and a high bed; 2 full bathrooms; and a120m2 covered terrace with a fireplace/barbecue, a ping pong table and views of the Extremadura plains.

The house is situated on a 30.000m2 property in the middle of nature, with olive trees, fig trees, oaks, chestnut trees, and has a subtropical garden right around it with a pool of 11x4 m. at a 20 m. distance from the terrace. It is open from May until October, and covered with a deck the remainder of the year.

The house runs on solar energy, with an installation that was renewed and expanded in Feburary 2026, with the support of a generator in case of several cloudy days in a row. Guests receive instructions on arrival on how to manage the electricity, which is very simple, and there is always someone close-by to help if necessary.
