The expansive sliding glass doors allow an abundance of natural light and provide a connection between indoors and outdoors which continuity extends the house into the undulating garden.

This semi-detached villa has a striking contemporary design with its sleek modern lines, and minimalist décor rich with original details. This home is all about contemporary facilities and a homely feel that help you relax and enjoy every minute of your getaway.



The heart of the house is the beautiful open-plan living and dining room that almost touches the swimming pool.



A brick barbecue has been provided, perfect for grilling up some summer delicacies or sampling the delicious local fish which can be purchased fresh from the local fish market.



With a stretch of golden sandy beaches just a few kilometers away and the vibrant streets of Lisbon within a half an hour's drive, this is the perfect spot for enjoying Portugal’s Lisbon coast.

Amazing villa and holiday as a whole to Lisbon!

Loads of space, everything you could need, plenty of crockery. We ate at the villa most days. Pool and pool area are amazing - such a lovely setting and really nice to have the outdoor kitchen. Perfect place for large groups. It would’ve been helpful to have some more guidance on bins - specific colours and where to find the ones on the street as we found this quite confusing!

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this villa. It was incredibly spacious, both inside and out, and offered excellent value for everything that was included. The pool, outdoor deck, BBQ area, and large grassy lawn were perfect for relaxing, outdoor dining, and giving the kids plenty of room to play. The villa itself was beautiful, with a very spacious downstairs living area, comfortable bedrooms with balconies, and secure parking for three cars behind an electric gate, which gave us extra privacy. The hosts were also wonderful. They kindly provided additional amenities at no extra charge, along with complimentary coffee pods, tea, and other thoughtful touches that made us feel very welcome. We would happily stay here again. 27/06/26

We stayed at Villa Alba for our family reunion (group of 13), and it was absolutely perfect

We stayed at Villa Alba for our family reunion (group of 13), and it was absolutely perfect. The house is very spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a fully equipped kitchen, with common areas that comfortably accommodated everyone and made it easy to spend quality time together. All bedrooms had more than enough space with comfortable beds and its own bathrooms. One of the highlights was the garden with a plancha and BBQ area, and a pool which was even bigger than we had expected from the photos. The location was exactly as described and provided a great base for our stay. We also greatly appreciated the support of the person managing the property. They were extremely helpful whenever we needed assistance and provided excellent recommendations for local amenities and services. Overall, this is a wonderful home for large familiesgroups looking to spend time together in a comfortable and welcoming setting. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to return. 11/07/26

GREAT VILLA! GREAT HOST!

I celebrated my 30th birthday here with 10 of my friends and it was the best experience I could’ve asked for. Between the host and the property management team, I truly felt so welcome. Everything was clean, there was constant communication, the bathrooms and bedrooms were super clean and spacious, the WiFi moved fast, the backyard was gorgeous, honestly there were absolutely no complaints. My stay here was PERFECT. Thank you so much for all the accommodations and constant communication. I only wish I could’ve stayed at the villa longer!! 24/02/26

Great villa with nice rooms and a beautiful garden. Fernanda was a great hostess, very helpful and responsive before and during and our stay. A lot of Ubers available in the neighbourhood, so getting to the city center and the beach was really easy.

The location is perfect because you have many sport (Paddel, Golf, tennis) activities around, the beach is 8 min with the car and the ride to the centre of Lisboa is 25 min. Our stay was absolutely perfect

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The Villa was exactly as described, walking distance to local shops and a short drive to the beach. The Villa was brilliant for large group bookings. Every bedroom comes with its own bathroom allowing for lots of privacy. Thoroughly recommend for large groups!! Earlier check in would be a good option.

We had a fabulous trip and loved our stay in the Villa. Fernanda was very kind and accommodated our early arrival (and late departure due to cancelled flight!). The Villa was impeccably clean and well equipped. We used Ubers to get around, which was super convenient and not expensive. The beaches and beach bars close by are gorgeous. Family reunion, we had a great time . Villa was very spacious , clean . Kitchen well equipped .

Quiet place . Check-out flexible , it's an advantage specially when flights are not punctual anymore . Some additional cleaning materials , paper towel , dish soap , toilet paper ,bath soap .

Beautiful house!!

The house was incredible. Booked the place for a group of 12 international guests. We all loved the space because the rooms were spacious, each bedroom had an en-suite, perfect for entertaining and love the location which is 10 min taxi to the beach and 30 min to lisbon city so you get the best of both worlds. Host was great!

The villa manager was very responsive prior to check in, answered queries and did our food shop for us. Helped when we required anything whilst there. Met us to check in and did a walk through. The villa was beautiful, had everything we required for our stay. Pool was big and seating around was great. Hot tub is the perfect addition. Loads of seating space inside and great size kitchen. Rooms are all spacious with en-suites for ease. Would recommend and return if in the area 16/06/25
