Modern and comfortable apartment with a view of the Baltic Sea and the marina. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea from morning to evening. The modern and comfortably furnished apartment consists of an open kitchen-living area with dining area and exit to the large balcony / terrace. In addition, there is a bathroom with rain shower with steam bath function and underfloor heating. A TV with Blu-Ray player and a soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity provide entertainment and a bioethanol fireplace for cozy warmth. There are three bedrooms in total, each with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by elevator. There is a car parking space available. Binoculars can be borrowed from our service office. Since this is a series with several identical apartments, the décor may vary. Model images. Pillow and duvet are standard dimensions, the fitted sheet has the dimensions of 180x200 For our little guests, playgrounds are available on the newly designed promenade. There is an activity centre in the complex. Here, the kids can slide and climb in an indoor play area, among other things. A black light mini golf course is also available for young and old. Admission is free of charge for you as DanCenter guests.
