I was sorry you were so disappointed in the lack of a television Karen, despite our listing clearly outlining and showing in our images that we don't not have one (most of our guests appreciate being unplugged - or bring their personal devices such as a laptop). I assume this is what you mean when you say 'basic facilities' as every other facility you could wish for is provided at The Loft, including a yoga mat! As evidenced by our many 5* reviews. Despite this, we ran around extensively, got a TV set up & purchased a Firestick so you were able to watch all the channels you requested. It's disappointing that your 3* review & basic review didn't mention our effort, Karen. I would kindly suggest in future that if specific 'facilities' are deemed important then you double-check they are on on the property listing before you book.
