This property is pet-friendly; however, smoking is not permitted. There is a stairgate available. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop and beach and within 0.1 miles, a pub. Paddler's Rest is a delightful abode for a costal escape to Devon.

The settlement is still a fishing village, but smugglers once frequented it. Shipwrecks off the shore are a popular diving location. Pubs and eateries sit above the beach. From here, the coastal walk runs to Bigbury-on-sea and Salcombe.
