The house is located only about 500 meters from the Limfjord and the child-friendly beach in Toftum Bjerge. The house is energy efficient with a heat pump, enabling lower consumption. The house is also an activity house with plenty of entertainment for the whole family, including board games. In addition, there is electronic darts and a poker set including chips, etc. For the little ones, there is an activity table. The summer house is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a living room/kitchen/family room. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The living room offers free internet, modern furniture, and a flat-screen TV with both Danish and German TV channels, as well as Chromecast, which allows you to stream your own TV services. There are also a few Danish and German channels. There is a wood-burning stove to spread coziness and warmth on a cool summer evening or a rainy and windy autumn day. The house's large loft is perfect for relaxing, with beanbag chairs and a TV with Chromecast, where the kids can stream the family's own TV services. The house has a bright and stylish bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and underfloor heating. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the house. There are three bedrooms in the house, all with comfortable double beds measuring 180x200 / 140x200 / 140x200. There is a possibility of two extra beds in the loft. Please note that access is via a steep ladder. The house offers both open and covered terraces with comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers, where you can enjoy your evening meal while watching the sun set over the area. The wilderness bath is a natural gathering place for the whole family, with a fantastic view of the area. The little ones are guaranteed to love splashing around in the warm water, while the adults can enjoy romantic moments under the open sky. The garden offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet, play, and enjoy the sun from several cozy areas with, among other things, a café set/table and bench set. There is also a hammock in the garden. There are many fun and exciting garden games for young and old, such as croquet, pole tennis, ladder golf, garden croquet, as well as king's game, soccer golf, and more. In addition, there is a fire pit where the family can enjoy roasting marshmallows, sausages, and baking bread on a stick – and by the fire pit, you will find a cozy shelter where you can enjoy a good night's sleep in harmony with nature after warming up by the fire pit. The shelter also provides opportunities for new outdoor adventures in nature. Feel the sun's rays and the fresh air or listen to the soothing sound of rain. The nearby campsite offers shopping facilities, a cafeteria, and free use of the campsite's playground and bouncy castle, as well as the opportunity to enjoy the company of the animals. The house is located only about 1000 meters from Struer Golf Course, about 300 meters from a beech forest, and about 150 meters from a green area with soccer goals, etc. Firewood is available for purchase. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
