Spacious apartment in the heart of the historical city center, walking distance from the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain and all the beauties that Rome has to offer.

This beautiful apartment has a big terrace where you can relax and enjoy an aperitivo and your meals with your family and friends. As a matter of fact, it can host up to 6 guests in its gorgeous and modern three bedrooms. In addition there are two bathrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals the Italian way, the beautiful and large living room has a video projector with smart TV and a work station on the loft. From the windows of the living room you can enjoy a stunning view over the Pantheon. There is a washer/dryer and all rooms have AC.

However, we're truly sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues and the mold, and that the shower heads weren't working during your stay — that falls well short of what we expect for our guests, and we take it seriously. We're looking into this specific unit to address the mold and get the shower fixtures properly repaired, and we're reinforcing our cleaning checks ahead of check-in to make sure this isn't repeated. We're sorry your stay didn't meet that standard, and we'd like the chance to show you a better experience in the future.

The location is excellent. You are right next-door to the pantheon and all of the great restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. Many unique shops for local items such as leather products and Roman souvenirs are just around the corner. And for those that like to do a little cooking in, there’s a supermarket just two blocks away that have everything you’ll need. The host were great showed us around the apartment, off they went and we began our Roman vacation.Great place to stay!

Very centrally located. Price and space fine for two couples. Host was very easy to contact, accommodating for our needs and questions. Interior courtyard patio made for a fine, quick settling in day lunch area. Spacious kitchen, but not really needed so much in Rome. Bedrooms are away from street side. If there was noise coming from Armando Al Pantheon downstairs, we didn’t hear it. (Tip: reserve there well in advance and let me know how their food is nowadays. We couldn’t get in.)

Good to know the bedrooms stayed peaceful even with Armando al Pantheon just downstairs — we'll keep that restaurant tip in mind for future guests too! I was there with 2 friends and we loved the central location of this apartment. Everything was super comfortable, clean and the lift at this place was nice for getting the luggage up and down the stairs.

There were many positives to this apartment. Communication was excellent. Someone greeted us upon arrival and provided us with the keys and walked us through the unit. They left us champagne, wine and a bag of snacks. The apartment was also spacious and conveniently located to many attractions. Air con was the best we experienced anywhere in Rome.2 full baths was incredibly important to us. When we arrived we learned that 1 of the toilets was not working. Despite a 5 night stay, we never had a second functioning toilet. The listing also advertises 2 showers. The shower attached to the primary is not useable. It’s as dark as a dungeon and smaller than a linen closet. We could not use it. The shared shower in the main hallway had mold on the tile and the shower head was held up by a rubber band. The water was unstable being scolding one minute and freezing the next.We had ants in the primary bathroom. They were coming out of the cracks in the mortar between the shower and floor. The furniture is old and dated. I actually reported the dining chairs because I’m afraid someone will fall.Ultimately, the decision of whether this apartment is right for you is a personal one. Would I stay here again, probably not. This apartment does not have the basic amenities we need. If you prioritize communication, a convenient location and space this might be the apartment for you.

Great location and great place for family!

This was a great location within walking distance of most key location for us to visit in Rome, obviously right next to Pantheon! Does not have a dryer, washer only even though it advertises a dryer. We were there with our two adult children and it was great for the four of us and really enjoyed the outdoor patio!

Wonderful location and stay. The listing is accurate and the location couldn't place you in a better location to easily walk and navigate Rome. We greatly appreciated the outdoor space and especially having a washing machine to assist with our clothing. The rooms work well as far as size of the bedrooms, and in the living room and loft allowed for our family to have some space to relax after long days of sight seeing. Couldn't recommend more.

Best location

It was a fantastic location and wonderful to have our own space. We had a couple issues that were taken care of immediately. Would stay there again!

Beautiful property, centrally situated

Great stay. Perfectly clean. Property manager Franco was very helpful. In a busy area (literally 1 minute walk to the Pantheon) but very quiet. Location lets you walk or take an easy cab from the stand downstairs to anywhere.

Amazing Location

This property was amazing. The location can’t be beat and is literally in the center of everything that one could hope to do in Rome. Furthermore, it is a 1 minute walk to a grocery store for those who like to cook. The only minor thing I would say is that for having such an amazing kitchen it would be nice to have just slightly more cutlery and dishes to avoid am having to do a load of dishes between every meal. But that is the only thing I could say. Couldn’t have been happier with it.

Great location And overall decent apartment . The main issue was that master bath sink was. … not there as in no sink. They told us this would get fixed the day after we checked in, it was never fixed during our stay. The host refused to adjust the rental price for this issue. I wouldn’t recommend staying here as I don’t think you can trust the rental owner to uphold their end of the deal.
A place where a sink should be … but alas no sink for me.

Good location in Rome.

The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood, near Pantheon. The apartment is nice and is secure. Unfortunately there were some issues. First the dishwasher was full of dirty, smelly dishes. Second - a dirty coffee cup was on table on outside patio. Third- one of the bedrooms has a trundle bed. We needed both of the beds. No sheets anywhere for the trundle. Texted manager twice and called once - never did get sheets. We took the top sheets off the other 2 beds to have sheets for the trundle. I’ve rented a number of VRBO’s and other than the excellent location it was like everything else was an after thought.
