Everything about this listing was accurate and it was as beautiful as expected. Even better was the accessibility to the host to answer general questions with a quick response! This was the best experience I have had with VBRO! Exceptional property!

Finikia Fun

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful location. Everything went smoothly, it was perfect having the plunge pool to cool off in and the setting is top notch. We had a wedding in Oia so it was great to be in walking distance but not stay in the busier and less relaxing (imo) part. Just perfect - thanks!

Excellent Location

From our first impression to our last we were never disappointed for a moment. We were 3 adult couples each staying in one villa. Lena, Daniele and his sister were perfect hosts. Lot's of ants in the yard, perhaps some vinegar and water would help.

Authentic Greek experience! The place is nestled in a quiet and adorable village. There were 10 people in our group with six teenagers and the location was awesome! Communication with the owners was very effective. We loved our experience! Short walk to Oia which provided many restaurants and shopping. The market in Finikia was a great stop every morning for coffee. The host greeted us when we arrived and was super accessible the entire trip! A long haul to get your baggage to the actual house but well worth it. Restaurants were wonderful in the village also. Definitely a memorable vacation!

Winery House and its two guest houses are delightful.

Six of us - 2 couples and 2 singletons - stayed in this property for 5 nights. We loved its peace, especially the beautiful central garden which has both shade and sun. The sunny terraces also provided some extra space for sitting and reading. The property is in Finikia, itself a quiet village. Although there is a walk to the car park on the main road this did not cause a problem and the benefit of no motor traffic nearby was just wonderful. The bedrooms are very comfy and the kitchen plenty big enough to cook for ourselves. The only thing we missed was an oven glove but we managed to improvise! Thank you Eleni for a fabulous place to stay.

Great location, very cool property

We enjoyed our stay here, the location was perfect- not quite in Oia (the tourist hotspot), however only a 5 minute, easy walk to get into Oia, and youll be grateful that you skip the hassle of tourist crowds, as well as having space- in Oia, you would probably pay 10x more for what you get in Finikia. Beautiful property, well kept, clean, great history and character. The cave houses are so fun, we all loves each and every room, and there was plenty of space for eveyone in our group. The hosts were helpful and kind, made our lives easier for sure. The one thing we didn't love was having a busy front gate, with people in and out of our patio area (I believe the laundry/storage closet located there is shared with other units). We would 100% recommend booking here, and would come back again ourselves.

MOST INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!

i took my two daughters, ages 21 and 23 and two other girls, my daughters from other mothers, ages 23 and 20, for a week and a half in Santorini. I cannot say enough how AMAZING this house was! Daniel was our host this trip and he was INCREDIBLE, had everything ready for us and even made sure we had someone come and clean, we never asked for this, TWICE while we were gone. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed so we could cook dinners when we needed, waters and fresh fruit and coffee were waiting for us in each room, and even “spotty”, a precious cat, was welcoming us every afternoon when we came home which made us feel cozy. This home was close to ALL we had scheduled, i.e. kayaking, atv excursion, the winery Lena had recommended and Lena had us scheduled for a sun set cruise when we arrived which we missed due to flight delays but Daniel texted me waiting for us and when he learned our flight was delayed he JUMPED on rescheduling it for us and i cannot say enough about that cruise! HEAVEN. Santorini is heaven on earth, and my girls and i will NEVER forget this experience and memories we made. We are already talking about going back IMMEDIATELY and Lena and Daniel will be hearing from us again to stay in this BEAUTIFUL HOME. The sunsets from the top room are something I STILL dream about! THANK YOU BOTH FOR THIS EXPERIENCE!!!! From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!!!!!!

This place is amazing!

We stayed at the property 5 nights. We had the apartment plus the two guest houses. There were 9 of us, so it was the perfect size. Our daughters and their boyfriends ( aged 25-31) were so excited to stay there. It's gorgeous. We all really enjoyed spending time in the courtyard. The only negative for me (and this is explained in the ad, so it was not misrepresented, just my misinterpretation) was the distance we had to walk from the car park. It was a long, hilly walk. I wouldn't recommend the villa to someone who is not in decent physical shape. But that's Santorini you, and as a positive for me, my legs felt stronger after the trip! Highly recommend this property! :)

Gorgeous Santorini retreat

We just checked out of the Winery House - what an amazing few days we had in Finikia. We rented the three apartment/villas - the Winery House (main house), Sunset House (one BR) and Singing Birds (1 BR). Our group of nine fit perfectly in the space and we loved the layouts of all three buildings. The main building (Winery House) has a large kitchen and the indoor dining space was perfect for our large group. But it was also nice to be able to get away to our private retreats when we needed a break. The house is located in Finikia which is a short walk to Oia. We were very happy to be outside of Oia and not downtown because it is extremely crowded in Oia and Fira. There are a few local restaurants that are a stone’s throw from the villa and they were wonderful, and if we wanted a more lively scene it was easy to get to Oia. It was also nice to be able to return to our sanctuary and have space to watch the famous Santorini sunsets from the roof terrace. The house is perfectly positioned for both ocean and sunset views - what a find! The owners (Eleni and Costas) could not have been more helpful to us. They met us when we arrived and spent an hour with us explaining the neighborhood and giving us extensive recommendations. They were available throughout our stay via text for our (many) questions. This was an invaluable service. The villas are so charming - classic Santorini with cave house components as well. Everything was spotless when we arrived and it is evident they take pride in their home. We hope to return someday!!
