Sleeping 17 guests across nine bedrooms, Tarbert Country Manor is made for milestone birthdays, family reunions and unforgettable celebrations on Scotland's spectacular west coast.The turreted 19th century baronial mansion has been lovingly modernised and combines its original charm and character with updated interiors and all the modern amenities guests could possibly need, including pool table, cinema room, and Wi-Fi throughout. Tarbert Country Manor can comfortably accommodate up to seventeen guests across its nine well-appointed bedrooms, making it a fantastic setting for a special celebration or family reunion. On the ground floor is the main living accommodation which offers multiple spaces for relaxing and socialising, including a sitting room, dining room, library, study and a large, fully-equipped kitchen with separate dining area. Upstairs are the nine bedrooms, one Emperor, three king-size rooms, one double, a triple and a twin as well as two single rooms. Three of the bedrooms boast en-suite facilities, while the final bedrooms share the use of two large family bathrooms.Outside, guests can explore the estate, with its spacious well-tended gardens, oak woods and walled garden, as well as the private pebble beach and foreshore.While guests will enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle, the village of Tarbert with its shops, restaurants and pubs, is just a fifteen-minute drive away, and there is plenty to explore in the vicinity of the manor.

The owner accepts one dog free of charge. With any additional dogs charged at £100 per stay and a maximum of three dogs per stay, with prior agreement with the owner. (to be collected by OT with the final balance). Please state the breed of dog at the time of booking.

Weddings, stag/hen parties and any special events are not allowed.



All guests must read the 'Welcome Pack' and 'Important Guidelines' upon arrival.



EV charging is not allowed. There are charging points located in Tarbert.



The maximum capacity is strictly 17 guests including children. Guests are not permitted to exceed this limit without prior written permission from the owner prior to booking.



The lead booker must be at least 30 years old. Please state the purpose of visit when enquiring.



Please note that no concierge services are available at Tarbert Country Manor.



A travel cot and highchair are available on request.



Quiet and non-intrusive Estate Manager lives at the gate lodge at the end of the drive, they will be very happy to help.

Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

The house is presented in an immaculate condition and if any damages occur it would be at the discretion of the owner to retain the necessary sum from the damages deposit for repair purposes. The holidaymaker is hereby invited to inspect the property on arrival and if any damages are noted before occupancy has begun to bring them to the notice of the owner immediately- thus avoiding any possibility of dispute.
