The Holmes Barn - Sleeps 16 - Peak district

A very warm welcome to our beautiful barn conversion, a sought after property near the Peak District village of Tideswell.
Boasting 4 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering.
Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and comfortable feeling.

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for large groups and has a large range cooker with a hob, grill and multiple ovens, a kettle, a large fridge freezer and a microwave.

The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television with DVD player and internet access.

This cottage has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 15 but there are extra put up beds to sleep a few extra guests.

In the first bedroom, you will find twin single beds and a bunk bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a single bed and a bunk bed.
The third bedroom contains two bunk beds.
The fourth bedroom contains twin single beds and a bunk bed.

There are 2 shower rooms and a cloakroom.
The first bathroom is shared between bedroom 1 and 2 and has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom is shared between bedroom 3 and 4 and has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
There is also a downstairs cloak room which has a toilet and sink.

Linen and towels are provided for the guests to make up on arrival.

The linen will be left out for your group to make their own beds up on arrival.

There would be a discount if you bring your own linen and towels.

There is an adjacent cottage which also has four bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 guests and if available can be hired.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Sunday check out is 1pm.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at
the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property.
