Modern amenities include cable TV, high-speed fiber internet, and underfloor heating in both the bathroom and entrance. The bathroom is equipped with a relaxing spa bath, and a washing machine is available in the utility room. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a tiled terrace facing east, ideal for breakfast in the morning sun, as well as a second terrace facing south, perfect for soaking up the afternoon warmth. Families with children will appreciate the sandpit and swing set in the garden, providing entertainment for the youngest guests. The holiday home is situated close to a child-friendly sandy beach, scenic forest areas, and a nearby golf course, offering excellent opportunities for both relaxation and active holidays. Please note that the house is not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
