Two of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. Additionally, there is an external toilet in the common area of this floor and the showers in the gym.

Games room equipped with billiards and a video game arcade machine with around 1,500 games, as well as a sofa bed for two additional places.

Private gym with weights, treadmill and multi-machine.
