Newly renovated ground-floor apartment just steps from Plaza Pío XII. It can accommodate up to 3 people, as it features a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment was renovated this year, measures 67m2, and has everything you need for your visit to Alicante.
It’s just a short walk from a wide variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, and the heart of Alicante life!
Thank you for choosing our apartment! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you follow these rules:

1. No parties or events: Our space is designed for a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.

2. Respect for others and quiet: We ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum. During the day (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM), the maximum permitted noise level is 40 decibels. At night (9:00 PM to 8:00 AM), this limit drops to 30 decibels to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.

3. No Pets Allowed: Although we love animals, for reasons of cleanliness and allergies, we cannot allow pets in the apartment.

4. Smoke-Free Space: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. This includes balconies and terraces. We appreciate your understanding. The property is equipped with a smoke detector and a decibel meter.

5. Registered guests only: To comply with local regulations and for safety reasons, only the people listed on the reservation may stay at the property. Visitors or additional guests are not permitted.

6. Mandatory Registration: In accordance with current regulations, all guests must complete an online arrival form with their identification information for the Civil Guard’s Lodging Service. This process is quick, and we’ll provide you with the necessary information after you make your reservation.

7. For reservations of 11 nights or more, you must sign an additional mid-stay contract. The Moonkey team will send you the contract via DocuSeal so you can fill in some information and sign it. It must be signed in Spanish.
