OUR BASE RATE IS FOR 12 PEOPLE - MAXIMUM OF 16 if paid for. Guests count as people - and must be on the reservation list. Never shall there be more than 16 people on the property.

Your own PRIVATE POOL with massive deck that connects pool to the house. You can watch the kids swim from the kitchen window while you are preparing dinner.
Huge front yard to play in.

Absolutely no parties, reunions, celebrations, or events that have more than 16 people. We live next door. We have cameras on the outside of the property. No cameras are on the inside.

10 minute drive to Six Flags and 20 minutes from Downtown Atlanta, 22 miles to Atlanta Airport

Large 5 bedroom 4 full baths. The home is minutes from Atlanta. New stainless steel appliances, new floors, new paint, This home will make you and your family feel comfortable after a long day. The kitchen is large enough to cook breakfast before heading out to Six Flags or the many things to see and do around Atlanta. . We are only a few miles from interstate 20 (you can be in downtown Atlanta in 20 minutes)

This house is on 5 acres!. Huge front yard for kids to play soccer, throw the football, play wiffle ball. or just enjoy the outdoors.


We are close to the malls, airport, wedding venues, Atlanta, and grocery stores. This house is great for short weekend getaways and longer summer vacations. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask. We try to accommodate ALL REQUESTS within reason. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES, OR SMOKING.
We allow pets with approval. They must be approved before you check in.
