INDOOR SPACES
Anthi’s Luxury Villas span 165 sq.m. across two levels, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Each villa features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, one located on the ground floor with a queen-size bed, and two on the first floor, each equipped with two single beds that can be combined into king-size beds upon request. All bedrooms include their own private en-suite bathrooms with showers, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest.
The ground floor also includes a guest WC and a bright open-plan living space, where a fully equipped modern kitchen blends seamlessly with the living room. This area enjoys direct access to the outdoor terrace and the swimming pool, creating a harmonious indoor-outdoor living experience.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The outdoor areas of Anthi’s Luxury Villas are truly exceptional, offering a fully equipped built-in BBQ with utensils, a sink and a mini fridge, along with an outdoor WC and a shower with both hot and cold water—perfectly designed for comfort and convenience.
PRIVATE POOL
The outdoor space is complemented by a spectacular swimming pool (7.5m x 4m), elegantly surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas—creating the perfect setting for sunbathing and relaxation.
*The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.
Damage Deposit
Kindly note that a fully refundable damage deposit of €500, payable in cash upon arrival, is required for groups under the age of 25. The damage deposit will be refunded on the day of departure following a satisfactory inspection of the property.
