Formerly Purn Holiday Park, Riverside Holiday Village sits in the stunning greenbelt landscape of Bleadon and unites a tranquil setting with superb facilities. Located just a short drive from the seaside town of Weston-Super-Mare, Riverside Holiday Village caters for families, couples and groups.



The park is surrounded by beautiful walking trails and the River Axe (which flows through the park) is a haven for local wildlife. Enjoy the spacious bar and clubhouse with a separate sports bar and beer garden. Live, weekend entertainment is provided on a regular basis, plus weekly quizzes and games. Three local pubs are also within walking distance. The park boasts a large, indoor heated swimming pool with separate kids’ ‘splash’ pool, an amusement arcade, a convenience shop, two adventure playgrounds and its own fishing lake.



Families will find plenty to do in Weston-Super-Mare; with a trip to the Grand Pier, Weston Museum, Clip n Climb Weston or the Water Adventure Play Park. The accommodation was good, clean, warm, comfortable and the checking in and out painless.

The accommodation was good, clean, warm, comfortable and the checking in and out painless.Staff were excellent and friendly, food was very good, playground and pool clean.Overall we both agreed we prefer this to a hotel for future trips.Parking you car next to your accommodation when you have little ones is a convenience you don’t know you need until you have it!

The Purn Gold 6 was perfect, great size, with 2 bathrooms.

The Purn Gold 6 was perfect, great size, with 2 bathrooms. The little touches with coffee, tea, kitchen roll, washing up liquid was absolutely brilliant. We were a family of 6 and found we had ample space.The spare bedding for the sofa bed is in the main room bed does not have covers with it so bring the bedding for that, but its not a major thing just a heads up (unless I missed it in cupboard somewhere).The caravan was absolutely spotless !!!!

The accommodation we stayed in was a little worn and tired. It still had everything you needed for a comfortable short stay. The twin bedroom is very small but again absolutely fine for young children for a weekend. The television remote didn't work, probably just in need of new batteries.

Cleaners do a great job. bed was made up for when we arrived which was a nice surprise. lovely large fridge and spacious freezer. the welcome basket was a great idea, had coffee sachets, teabags, uht milk, dish cloth, tea towel, a scourer, washing up liquid and kitchen towel - all the things you need when for when you first arrive. will definitely go back again.
