Small kitchenette area with microwave with grill, toaster, fridge with icebox., kettle, 2 ring hotplate .Dining table & Chairs, and Wet Room. Family-friendly with Baby bath, high chair, change mat & Travel Cot. Sofa seating area, Large Smart TV with NETFLIX /Freeview/DVD. and
Outside Private Terrace BBQ, bistro table & chairs. Level access, parking space in the carport or on our own private lane. You can also use our own private Tiny Wood & Firepit. EV charging available at small charge.
Breakfast £ 10 per adult, £ 6 per child, Evening Meals from £ 10.50 - £ 15.95 pp +, Italian Style Handmade Pizza Menu. All diets catered for, ( Please advise us in advance) Children's Menus. Breakfast £6, Dinner £8 under 12's.
Cream Tea/Takeaway Picnics all available by prior arrangement.
Check-in after 4 pm.
Check out by 10 am. Early check-in/Late Check out can be arranged at an extra charge if we have availability.
