Amazing property in the heart of Leon
The apartment is amazing. It is exactly as the pictures show. It is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you might need. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are towels, blankets, soap/shampoo in the shower, etc. The location could not be better. You see the cathedral from both balconies, and you are 10 seconds from the cathedral. You are also about a quick 5mn walk to Barrio Humedo and many other areas of interest. There is also a small supermarket/convenience store around the corner.There are 2 items though that you need to be aware of. Not the fault really of the mgmt company, but important to know.You need to pick up the keys at a different location. I had a car, so not a problem, but if you are on foot, the other location is a long walk away from the apt. However, the staff is wonderful and was very helpful in all fronts, just be ware that you will not get the keys at the apt.Second, right now there is construction next door, so it's incredibly noisy in the morning from 7 to about 11am. The windows are paper thin, so bc the location is so popular, there are people walking around until late at night. In the morning, all the delivery trucks are there to bring goods to the many restaurants around, so it gets very noisy. I hear they are only allowed to drive in those pedestrian streets 7-10am or so. So the noise at night & morning could be bothersome to some. They really need to upgrade the windows. Overall, it was fantastic, highly recommended
