Cortes is a hub of art and literary culture. One of the most privileged neighbourhoods in central Madrid. The apartment is fantastically situated less than five minutes from Plaza de Cibeles. In the heart of a part of Madrid where the most prestigious buildings from the 1920s are located (Bank of Spain, Circle of Fine Arts…). In the Barrio de las Letras, Calle Huertas is lined with references to former residents, such as Cervantes and Lope de Vega, whose house is now a museum. Nearby, the tree-lined Paseo del Prado leads to the famous Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. There are tapas bars with crowded terraces in Plaza de Santa Ana.
The Apartment:
Luxury, comfort, design and equipment are adjectives that perfectly define this apartment with two independent bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of them en suite, which will undoubtedly meet the requirements of any guest looking for an ideal space to stay and feel comfortable. When it comes to decoration, no expense has been spared on details, with the intention of offering quality, design and style to all guests.
The apartment features a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, providing capacity for 6 people. The independent kitchen is beautifully designed and fantastically equipped with everything necessary: washing machine, induction hob, microwave, and any small appliance that might be needed.
With a surface area of 60 square metres, this fabulous apartment has a very good layout. The bedroom, with an en suite bathroom, is spacious, equipped with a large built-in wardrobe and an excellent quality double bed, essential for a good night's rest. The apartment is exterior and takes full advantage of natural daylight. The other bedroom with a double bed also overlooks an interior courtyard, making it very quiet. The windows are double-glazed, soundproof and resistant to sudden temperature changes.

Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
The changeover from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the changeover from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
Notice: there is active construction work in the adjoining building and it could affect the communal interior courtyard.
Points to note:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lettings Law (LAU). Customers will sign a seasonal letting contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.
For stays of more than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area known as MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicle traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Traffic Authority (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
We inform you that, due to works being carried out by the Council on Madrazo street, it remains closed to traffic. Likewise, construction work is being carried out on a building in the vicinity of the accommodation, so there may be some noise resulting from such work.
The works will remain active until further notice. We greatly appreciate your understanding and regret any inconvenience that these circumstances may cause.
