Lauriston House has an enviable location on Mount Boone in Dartmouth. The house has stunning views of the river and sea from the front aspect and overlooks the magnificent Royal Naval College from the rear. The house is fully equipped for up to 10 people and has 4 large double rooms - 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom - all 3 bathrooms have bath and shower, 2 being ensuite. The family room has a kingsize double and a single bed. All bedrooms are fitted and equipped to luxury hotel standards and have flat screen TVs.

There are spacious eating and lounging areas and a fully fitted luxury kitchen and adjoining boot room.

The sitting room leads to the large conservatory terrace designed with a bar and breakfast area in addition to an open but covered ‘al fresco’ eating area overlooking the heated pool (heated from Easter to early October) and shady garden.

Lauriston House is a spacious and comfortable family home where guests can relax together with plenty of space to mingle indoors and outside or perhaps withdraw to a quiet corner and enjoy some peace and solitude settled on a comfy sofa inside or in the garden under a shady tree overlooking the river and watching the every changing activity on the river.
