The location of this flat is undoubtedly unbeatable and the roof terrace in Central London is the key feature of this flat that obviously gives it a unique edge. However in doing so, several really quite basic things that should have been considered were not, which made the stay unnecessarily arduous. The biggest challenge is the heat inside the flat. According to the thermostat in the hallway, the temperature not drop below 29 degrees for the entire time I was there, despite 2 fans being provided and all windows open, meaning it was almost impossible to sleep. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable also, with the pillows having this very strong musky smell which clearly belonged to the pillow itself as opposed to the pillow cases. 'Frankie Says' in general I felt gave very impersonal communication. Every interaction with them felt like their responses had been written by AI, and they only ever signed themselves "The Frankie Says team," meaning I didn't really have any idea who I was talking to. They will also absolutely rinse you for every penny you have. Check-out was at 10AM. If you want to check out at 11AM, an extra 31.50. Want to check out at midday, an extra 52.50. Want non-espresso coffee pods for the Nespresso machine that they provide? 15.75! Despite the fact a packet of 10 Nespresso-branded pods are usually 4.60. Also, IT DOES NOT SLEEP 4 PEOPLE! There is 1 x double bed and a sofa bed which pulls out, but the street is so noisy, you won't sleep!
