The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dining seating for six, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and two twins, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a private garden with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking. Within 2.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1 mile, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets (apart from registered assistance dogs with a laminated ID card and a copy of certificate sent prior to arrival). It has a rich history extending back to the Saxon era, as evidenced by the persistence of Saxon place names and other relics like the caverns at Rock and the Iron Age hillfort that overlooks the city. There is a wide variety of services and facilities available in Chudleigh to facilitate independent travel. These include two pubs, an English restaurant, supermarkets, specialty boutiques, and more. Between the towns of Dunsford (in the north) and Chudleigh (in the south), the Teign Valley is a stunning, steep, wooded valley on the eastern slope of Dartmoor National Park. Christow, Lower Ashton, Higher Ashton, Dunsford, and Hennock are idyllic holiday destinations due to the outstanding natural beauty of the area.
