The air-conditioning issue was reported and resolved on the same day. The temporary water interruption was due to a low community water supply, while the Wi-Fi issue resulted from a damaged aerial cable, which the team repaired by the following afternoon. Regarding the air conditioning in the living areas, this is not a feature advertised. Some of the other concerns mentioned, including the washing machine, curtains, furniture and pool safety, were not reported during your stay, so we were unfortunately not given the opportunity to investigate or address them at the time. We take guest feedback seriously and will use your comments to review the property's condition and maintenance standards. We understand that the overall experience did not meet your expectations, and we regret that you left feeling disappointed.
