Cowslip Cottage is a charming two-bedroom holiday home dating back to the 18th century, peacefully situated just a few miles outside of Tiverton. The perfect base for exploring the South West.. 8 steps to entrance.

Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. Intial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Enclosed front garden with sitting out-area, garden furniture and barbecue. 1 pet welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Cowslip Cottage is a two-bedroom holiday home dating back to 1850, peacefully set in a stunning rural location in the Mid Devon countryside. Guests will love the tranquil surroundings with farm animals in the nearby fields, plenty of wildlife, a private garden, free parking and reverse level living, making the most of the views with the open plan kitchen, dining and living area on the first floor.
The accommodation is close to the village of Withleigh, which is just a 5-minute drive to the historic Mid Devon town of Tiverton. The National Trust Buzzards Woodland is just a short walk away along the public footpath with the opportunity to see plenty of wildlife and beautiful views. This part of Devon is an excellent touring base with easy access to lots of places of interest.
The accommodation is set midway between Devon’s two coastlines, convenient for a day out to either. The award-winning North Devon coastline is within a 50-minute drive with its golden sandy surfing beaches, and the Jurassic South Devon coastal beauty spots are within an hour’s drive. Nearby you can explore the Two Moors Way, visit RHS Rosemoor, The Grand Western Canal, Knightshayes House or the breath-taking scenery at Exmoor National Park, a short drive away.
Pets must be kept on a lead at all times.
