The Penthouse sleeps six, with three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The wraparound balcony directly faces the gulf, with unmatched views of Siesta Key’s white sand beaches and turquoise waters.

But you don’t have to be outside to enjoy the amazing gulf views. The six-seat dining table in the open-concept living area is between two sliding doors that look out over the beach. There is also a windowed breakfast nook with a table that seats four.

The well-stocked kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and anything else you need for preparing and serving meals. The living room is comfortably furnished with a large flatscreen TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi, cable, and HBO are included.

Both the master bedroom and the large second bedroom feature ensuite baths and king-sized beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and access to the third bathroom.

Our private beach is just a few steps away with no streets to cross. Right across the street are restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, and tiki bars, as well as rental agencies for jet skis, fishing excursions, parasailing, and sunset cruises, to name just a few local amenities. There’s also a grocery store where you can get everything from beach necessities to prepared foods. Siesta Key Village is a short, free trolley ride away, with several pick-up locations nearby.
