Rental is not permitted to youth or tradesmen groups to ensure peace and quality. An added bonus is the availability of an electric car charger, making it ideal for guests with electric cars.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
