Trails to Lake Tahoe beaches, Tahoe Donner Regional Park or just walking in the forest. There is also a large front deck with patio dining to enjoy the morning sun. Snow play equipment, beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest and sand toys provided! Kitchen was just remodeled with granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances.

Hot tub is on lower deck protected from the snow so you can enjoy the hot tub without getting your feet cold walking on the snow.

Cleaning fee is $275 for the maid team and $75 to have the hot tub cleaned after every guest.
