Perfectly suited for a city break in Dundee, whether for work or leisure, Jane’s Place is a charming first-floor apartment that combines contemporary comforts with period character. Recently renovated, the apartment offers modern essentials including a Nespresso machine, Netflix, and reliable Wi-Fi, while retaining timeless touches such as elegant timber floors, a beautifully preserved period fireplace, and intricate ornate cornicing.
Nestled in a peaceful residential street with abundant parks and green spaces, the apartment offers a bright and airy ambiance throughout. The spacious lounge is tastefully decorated with comfortable sofas, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the city. The main bedroom features a cozy double bed, fitted wardrobe, and a chic monochrome palette with pops of color, while the second bedroom is equally stylish with a queen-size bed and ample storage.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area includes a breakfast bar and dining table, complemented by a fresh bathroom with a shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Street parking is available for free, making this a convenient base for both couples and solo travelers. Thoughtful touches, such as the plaque commemorating the building’s `Best Kept Close` award, give the apartment its unique character.

Jane’s Place is conveniently located east of the city centre, with excellent access to parks, leisure facilities, and public transport. A short 7-minute drive (or 15 minutes by bus) will take you to the V&A Museum, and walking into the centre takes about 20 minutes. Several bus routes (17, 20, 21, 39) stop nearby, while the city bypass and main roads make exploring the surrounding area easy. The domestic airport is also just a short drive away, with direct flights to London and Belfast.
For your convenience, the apartment is surrounded by local shops and takeaway options. We especially recommend Luigi’s Pizzeria for cosy nights in.
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, CCTV is installed around the exterior of the property. Recording is limited to the grounds only and will be active during your stay.
A security deposit of £100 will be pre-authorised on your card 24 hours prior to arrival. This is fully refundable when no damage occurs. This hold will be removed 48 hours after your check out.
