Located in an 18th-century stately mansion, completely renovated and converted into residential units, right in the heart of the Historic Center.
Its prime location, just 100 meters from Plaza del Cabildo, where you’ll find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and taverns to sample our extraordinary manzanilla and local cuisine.

A neoclassical stately home accessed through a splendid courtyard surrounded by four galleries featuring arched columns and black-and-white marble tiles.
The ceiling of the entrance hall and the main staircase are painted with allegorical motifs that add color to the space.
It is located on the second floor, accessible by elevator, and features a wonderful terrace for al fresco dining and soaking up the winter sun.
It has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay. Two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room with a chaise longue sofa bed. Capacity: 6 people
The beds are made up with sheets and bedspreads, and shower and hand towels are also provided.

Our penthouse is located right in the heart of the city in a prime location, just a short walk from the beach with views of Doñana National Park. Nearby you’ll find churches, convents, and wineries dating from the 16th and 17th centuries.
The farmers’ market, well-known for its exquisite local seafood and produce, is about a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
The upper district, less than a five-minute walk away, preserves its historic center with important landmarks: the Ducal Palace of Medina Sidonia, the Palace of Orleans-Bourbon (now City Hall), the Church of La O, Santiago Castle, Cuesta de Belén with the Covachas, and wineries such as Barbadillo, Argüeso, Hidalgo, etc.
Bajo de Guía: All visitors to Sanlúcar must visit “Bajo de Guía” before leaving. A promenade with stunning views of the mouth of the Guadalquivir River and Doñana National Park, where tourists and locals mingle on the terraces of various restaurants to enjoy langostino (large white shrimp)—the city’s culinary star—as well as seafood stews and locally caught fish.
