House Rules:
- Check-in: 16:00 | Check-out: 10:00.
- No smoking within the property, if smoking outside please dispose of used cigarettes respectfully.
- We do request that guests provide either thru the booking channel or via message proof of ID for insurance and safeguarding reasons. Proof of identity is a must.
- Please take care of the keys – lost keys incur a replacement fee.

We supply seasoned wood in the winter months to get you going and can provide additional wood and kindling for purchase if you need more.

🛑 Whilst we love animals the building is pet free in consideration for those with allergies.

✅ We have parking facilities at the premises!

🛑 Unfortunately not, the property is located in a quiet area and we’re very conscious of keeping our neighbours happy. They’re very friendly and respectful of us and so we ask our guests to extend that courtesy to our neighbours when they stay with us.
