It features 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms (two of which are en suite), a kitchen, and a spacious living room. Perfect for families and groups of friends.
Casa Victoria has been recently renovated, designed, and planned so you can enjoy maximum peace and comfort and feel right at home. Relax in its 225 square meters, just 5 minutes from the famous Red Square and a 17-minute walk from the Old Town.

All rooms are very spacious and feature a window and built-in closet. They are tastefully decorated, each with a unique theme.

The 7 beds are equipped with superior hotel-quality mattresses that guarantee a good night’s sleep. There are 3 double beds (queen size, 190x200 cm) and 4 single beds (105x190 cm).

There are a total of 4 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is accessible for people with disabilities. All have showers.

The English-style kitchen offers a wide variety of appliances to make you feel right at home: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, induction cooktop, washing machine, coffee maker, blender, and cutlery. Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

The spacious living room, with a large window overlooking the outdoors, features an 85-inch Smart TV. The comfortable sofa seats up to 8 people. The dining table can be extended up to 4 meters, and all the chairs have a unique design.

The apartment features Wi-Fi, heating, a crib for babies, towels for each guest, a hair dryer, various kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as a map and up-to-date information on events in the city.

Individual coffee and tea service will be available upon your arrival.

The apartment has two separate entrances.

Within the same complex, there is a café serving fresh pastries—perfect for breakfast with the daily newspaper. Just a few meters away, you’ll find a bakery, several restaurants, shops, a spa, and a supermarket, as well as a covered public parking garage.

The famous Plaza Roja is a 5-minute walk away. This is where Santiago’s most famous shopping streets begin. The Old Town is a 17-minute walk away.
