Host is great and look forward one day staying again. The view is amazing and we were given tonnes of information by the host on events and guide to booking various things. Only one thing is the hotel will not put plates or bowls or cutlery in the apartment. You have to ask for these which is frustrating but not the owners fault.

I loved the Vdara hotel! Our room was very nice and had a great view of the Sphere and Bellagio fountain. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The property manager was also very friendly and provided great communication about the room and even recommended some great bars and restaurants. My only complaint about the room was that even though the bedroom had blackout shades on all windows, there were some gaps between the shades and so bedroom did not get as dark as I would like for sleeping. I would definitely stay here again and would love to work with this property manager again!

Nice room awesome view

Great non-gaming property next to Aria everything easy, walk to strip and casinos like Bellagio, via free tram. I enjoy having a full refrigerator not just a mini bar. I come to Vegas several times a year and would definitely stay here again.

50th wedding anniversary

Could not have picked a better place. The suite is awsome but the view, OMG. I thought being a nongaming property might save me some $$$ but wrong. We had a great time, Thanks

Loved our stay

We stayed for a week over Halloween and will definitely come back. From check in being a breeze to free valet, it was nice not to trudge through a casino. Our 1 bedroom was a corner suite that looked out over the fountains and the sphere. Amazing!! Full size fridge/freezer was a great amenity. Kitchen is not stocked- set ups on request. Also have to mention the deli downstairs. Everything we got from there was fantastic. I am craving their turkey bacon wrap.

The location and view of this property were very good. The bathroom was wonderful. However the mattress on the sofa bed was abominable. There is no way that two adults could sleep comfortably on it. I ended up sleeping just on the sofa which is kind of sad for the price of this property.

Needs better housekeeping

Good: The property itself and the location are amazing. Bad: - The kitchenette wasn’t stocked with anything. - Trash has not been pulled even once. - When we’ve called the housekeeping department about trash and more towels we have received 3 (?) towels and trash wasn’t pulled.

This apartment and veiw will make your trip special!

Communication has been second to none. Ford was very informative and answered all my questions swiftly! The veiw and amenities in the apartment are all you need and more. Cooking, washing clothes and big fridge freezer for those days you just want to keep yourself to yourself. Bath and shower were just right for my wife and myself. Two televisions and a place to relax other than the bed was a real bonus. Only down side we had was when checking in we were not offered any information on the room, we weren’t offered a bell man to take our bags up who would have shown you a bit more about how the various bits in the room work. (Definitely get a bell man and a nice tip for them too.) All in all 100% would I book to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone! Russ

Beautiful view

Husband and I stayed 3 nights and the views from this property are what sold us. Gorgeous view of the Bellagio Fountain at night & crystal clear water during the day. The property itself was clean, spacious and quiet. Would definitely recommend to others!

Outstanding Experience

100% as advertised and more. The host was very helpful and attentive. This was an awesome suite and comes highly recommended. I would rate the Vdara better than the MGM Signature for this type of stay as I have encountered both on multiple occasions.

We have stayed at the Vdara a number of times, but not in an owner’s suite. Good and the one not so good thing about the suite. The views are indeed awesome. The suite is well equipped. There are no resort fees. There is free parking. Communication with the owner is excellent. However, we didn’t get the usual wow factor that we normally get when walking into a room at the Vdara. There were cleaning clothes left lying about. The toilet cistern lid was half off. There were finger marks on windows and glass stains on the sills. The bedside light did not work. All of which could have been sorted with a good pre checkin once over. The suite could do with a really good deep clean just to freshen it up a bit. All that being said. It is a very nice suite and in our very favourite Vegas hotel. Would I stay at the hotel again….? Of course. Would I stay in an owner’s suite.? Probably not.

Wonderful property with amazing views!

This property is the nicest we've found on the Strip so far. The views of the Bellagio fountain and the Strip are amazing! The suite is luxurious, very well equipped and spotless. Check-in and check-out is through the hotel so very straightforward. The location is very convenient with easy access to the Bellagio, Cosmopolitan and the Strip in general. Overall an excellent place and we'd highly recommend it!

First-timers

My coworker and I stayed at Vdara for our first trip to Vegas. We were beyond satisfied with the location and service. We rented a daybed by the pool and got to relax, then hit the town in the evening just outside the door. I recommend this suite for anyone, but especially for someone who wants to be close to all the action and not completely surrounded by it the whole time. The view is even more spectacular in person.

Quality and Comfort

This was our forth stay at the Vdara and after many visits to Las Vegas, we haven't found a better site. This particular unit is on the 32nd floor. We have spent time in units as high as the 48 floor but enjoyed this one more. Two reasons: It is an end unit with panoramic views in two directions and high enough to overlook the city but low enough to enjoy the Bellagio fountains and the busy activities along the strip. We keep our binoculars on the window sills.

Amazing condo!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at the Vdara. The condo had everything we needed to have an amazing and relaxing vacation. The full size kitchen was definitely handy in preparing for the holiday. The view from the living room was absolutely breathtaking as the sun rose on the mountains in the morning. In the bedroom, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. View of the bellagio fountains and the city was spectacular. The bathroom tub is very large as well as the shower space. The views from the bathroom are just as good as all the others. The full vanity, bathrobes and washer and dryer were a big plus. This condo is located on the 32nd floor so it's a quick ride in the elevator. From check in to check out the staff was amazing. A quick 5 minute walk to the Aria casino was perfect! "The Pub" at Aria has great bar food and atmosphere. The Bellagio is located within a 10 minute walk. All indoors. We walked straight through the Bellagio to go to Ceasars Palace. We had dinner at Hell's Kitchen and it was fabulous. Reservations are a must. We planned ahead and made them 3 weeks in advance. If you have time I highly recommend a visit to Lake Mead or Red Rock Canyon. The views were simply beautiful. I visit Vegas regularly and will definitely consider staying here again.

Nothing Disappoints

This condo is perfect. Not too small, and perfectly appointed, you will love coming back at night to watch the Bellagio fountain show. Ford, the condo owner, is most helpful and answers any questions right away. (She recommended a wonderful restaurant I will also mention in this review: Partage. If you are a foodie, there is no way you will not love it, too.) The kitchen is full sized and a whole wall of the bathroom had windows for plenty of light. Two smart TV's and a nice sitting room were plenty of room for a couple, and there was a pull-out sofa for another guest. The staff at the hotel are very professional and I felt very safe there. The only drawback for me was the inability to figure out the pedestrian walkways. ASK BEFORE YOU TAKE OFF ON A WALKING DESTINATION. Don't listen to your GPS, since it will take you downstairs onto the busy roads with no sidewalks. I had a two spa services on separate days and used the pool at Aria when Vdara's was not available. Because Vegas wasn't full throttle at the time of my visit, I made sure to book a side trip. The one I chose was Bindlestiffs private tour for me and friends to Death Valley. It was amazing. Vdara is totally non-smoking. No casino in the building, but right next door there is Aria's classy one. Enjoy your stay here, since I will bet you have been reading some stellar reviews besides mine and you know you won't go wrong with this one . Thanks, Ford.

Everyhting they said it was and more

Very happily suprised with the property and overall experience. Perfectly located at the center of the strip, but a block away from the noise and bustle. Perhaps one of the vest views in all of Las Vegas. Everything was just perfect!
